In Memory of Robin Hood: A Look Back


A week ago, we said good-bye to Robin Hood, the classic thief who stole from the rich to give to the poor.

On Once Upon A Time, he had a much bigger role as the man destined to be Regina, the (former) Evil Queen. Unfortunately, with Robin’s death, he not only leaves Regina behind, but countless friends and Merry Men and his two young children, Roland, and the now named daughter, Robin.

My OUAT Con Adventure: Part II


Even though Once Upon A Time season four ended last week, I got to live in world of OUAT by attending Atlantic City Boardwalk Con this weekend.DSCN0413

After my first adventure to New York City Comic Con last October, I thought the opportunity was so much fun I wanted another chance to meet cast members of Once.

And, boy, did I.

At the first annual ACBC, there were four stars from the guest cast of Once Upon A Time. There was Georgina Haig (Elsa), Elizabeth Lail (Anna), Rebecca Mader (Zelena), and Sean Maguire (Robin Hood).

I’ll take you through my adventure of spending the day at the con and things I learned from the cast.

FairyTale Friday: Robin Hood


A new addition in the FairyTale Friday series. This time a comparison of Robin Hood’s story.

Robin Hood has become a staple on Once Upon A Time, thanks to his relationship with Regina (Team Outlaw Queen).

But how has the traditional story changed from folklore, to Disney film, to his portrayal on Once Upon A Time? For starters, Sean Maguire is not a fox (ok, maybe figuratively, but not literally, like in the Disney film).

My OUAT Comic Con Experience


After a weekend in NYC and a good night’s sleep recovering, I am finally ready to talk about my experience at New York’s Comic Con on Friday.

First up, the trip was last minute. So last minute, I wasn’t even officially going until Thursday. I happened to be going to NYC anyway that weekend and wanted to go to meet Sean Maguire, Jennifer Morrison, and see the OUAT panel with Adam and Eddy.


Luckily, everything worked out.

And after virtually no sleep Thursday night, I headed towards NYC via a 2 1/2 hour train ride towards the Javits Center for Comic Con.
